Notes:
The review team consists of individuals who are likely to have a wide range of experience at various levels of hierarchy and in a variety of disciplines. 
There is no 'superman' reviewer. 
The reviewer is skilled at noticing discrepancies and clarifying them for fast resolution - that's all. There are people working on the project who outrank the reviewer in their respective disciplines. 
There is no 'expert' on the review team, nor should there be.
